Punarnavarisht has a strong diuretic, mild anti-hypertensive, anti-arthritic, carminative, haematinic, lower bilirubin, hematogenic, anti-gout, mild analgesic, lithotriptic, and anti-inflammatory properties. This formulation has shown very effective results in reducing inflammation and increasing RBCs.

Contraindications

Punarnavarisht has no side effects if taken in prescribed quantities.
Diabetic patients should avoid this as it contains Honey and jaggery.
If taken in an empty stomach can cause gastritis.
