Dosage: Chyavanprash: Take 1-2 teaspoons (5 to 10 grams) with lukewarm milk. Ashwagandha Tablets: Take 1-2 tablets twice a day with water after meals. Prandhara oil: For steam inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of Prandhara to water For Cold/Nasal Congestion: Pour 2-3 drops on a handkerchief and inhale. Anu Tail: Take 2 to 4 drops of Anu Taila for Nasya, twice a day.
