An umbilical hernia occurs when the part of your intestine bulges through the opening in your abdominal muscles near your belly button or navel. This condition is generally caused by the development of fatty tissue or because of the straining while lifting weight or due being overweight and obese. Umbilical hernia is also due to moving heavy objects. The patient experiences pain in this condition and also begins to vomit in some of the cases. Mostly it is a tenderness, swelling or discoloration at the site of hernia which is being observed. In such cases the best management is done by Ayurveda if someone is not willing to go for a surgery. Ayurvedic herbs along with following a diet can give impressive results in situations like Umbilical hernia.

Products Description

1. Vara Churna

Vara Churna is a very important formulation which is manufactured by Planet Ayurveda under the Patent name that is Vara churna. Vara churna is basically tripahala powder (Emblica officinalis – Amalaki, Terminalia Bellerica – Bibhitaki, Terminalia chebula – Harad). These three herbs when given in a combination have their impact on the body in a very supportive way and pump up almost all of the systems in the body due to its tridosha balancing actions. Hernia is a vriddhiroga as per Ayurveda and such tridosha balancing herbs are really of importance. The formulation has an impressive impact on digestion and eliminates endotoxins from the body.

2. Digestion Support

This formulation has ingredients like Amla (Emblica officinalis), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Sounf (Foeniculum vulgare), Dhania (Coriander sativum), Pippali (Piper longum) and others.
