Action of Medicine

This remedy is indicated in cases where there are putrid discharges from any of the orifices of the body; when there is profound prostration, physical exhaustion and collapse. The surface of the body is bathed in a cold perspiration. It is of service in severe headache. This may be frontal or in the temples, but is attended with a sensation as of a band about the head.
