CHITRAK HARITAKI

Chitrak Haritaki is a classical herbal preparation. It may improve digestion and help in managing chronic respiratory conditions.

Dosage

• 5-10 gms once or twice a day after meals with milk. It can be taken along with abhrak bhasma increasing its working and effect.
• Dosage of children below 5 years of age must be between 2-3 gms twice a day after meals.
• For children above 5 years and below 12 years of age dose can vary between 3 5 gms twice a day with honey or milk or lukewarm water.
