Dosage: Lie on your bed, extend your hands and legs, and keep a pillow under your head. Ensure there is not too much sunlight or wind entering the room. Place a container nearby to spit out excess mucus. Place Anu Thailam in a warm bowl of water. After a few minutes, take out the Thailam and check it is sufficiently hot. Instill 1-2 drops of Thailam in each nostril while lying down, face up. When the medicine reaches your throat, spit out the excess mucus.
