Triphala Powder, a combination of Amalaki, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki herbs, is also an integral component of this Ayurvedic formulation. The formulation further includes a blend of beneficial herbs such as Pippali (long pepper fruit), Pippali Mula (long pepper roots), Chavya (Piper cubeba), Citraka (Plumbago zeylanica), Sonth (Dried ginger), Nagara (Cyperus rotundus), Patha (Cissampelos Pareira), Vidanga (Embelia ribes), Indrayava (Holarrhena Antidysenterica), Hingu (Asafoetida), Bharangi (Clerodendrum serratum), Vacha (Acorus calamus), Sarshapa (Mustard seeds), Ativisa (Aconitum heterophyllum), Renuka (Vitex negundo), Krishnajiraka (Black Cumin or Cuminum cyminum), Ajamoja (Apium Graveolens), and Usheer (Vetiver root).
