Dosage: The usual amount of Godanti Bhasma you should take is about 125-250 mg. You can take it once or twice a day with honey or water. The Bhasma should be taken when you haven’t eaten anything, either one hour before or two hours after meals. It is very important to not take too much Godanti Bhasma because it can be poisonous if taken in large amounts.
