Patients are advised to incorporate antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables like onions, red grapes, citrus fruits, cranberries, and raspberries into their diet. Vitamin D-rich foods such as dairy products, eggs, and fish are recommended to prevent cartilage degeneration. Foods containing zinc, vitamin B6, and zinc, such as soybeans, walnuts, and flaxseed, aid in tendon and ligament development. Additionally, incorporating spices like garlic and ginger is advised. Foods to be avoided
